SHIPPPING POLICY

Standard shipping 3 to 7 business days after processing which can take about 24 to 48 hours. 

All hair is NOT on hand. If hair is on hand shipping will be 1to2 days  after processing. 

Please be advised once we send out tracking numbers to you through email we are not responsible to keep track of your shipment. 

Make sure your shipping address is CORRECT. After shipping products off to the address you provided it is out of our control NO EXCEPTIONS. 

We are not responsible for delays after dropping orders off to the carrier. All orders are shipped with UPS
