1. How long is shipping?

Standard shipping takes about 3-5 business days, after payment processing which can take between 18-24hours. 

2. Where is my tracking number?

Once the order is processed, tracking numbers are assigned to you through email. Please check your inbox, or spam folder.

3. What are the company's business hours?

Salon hours are from 9am- 9pm Monday-Saturday. Sunday CLOSED!  Business line is open 24hours. 

4. How can I do an exchange?

All sales are FINAL.

5. What grade of Hair is this?

Unprocessed 10A HAIR.

6. Is this Virgin Hair?

Yes. 100% Virgin Hair.

7. Are the knots bleach?

No, the knots on wigs, frontals, or closures are not sold already bleached. 

8. Do your frontals, closures, and wigs come pre plucked?

Yes.

9. Can I bleach my virgin Hair?

Yes, all of our virgin hair can take bleaching and coloring well.
